Responsibilities
Operational
- Recording / updating the actions arising during meetings for prompt internal circulation
- Undertaking general administration functions for the team
- Coordinating the preparation and running of face-to-face & on-line training events
- Supporting the account management functions with administration support on request
Training Services
- Deal with any delegate & client queries via phone or email
- Update the Learning Management System (Arlo) with new courses, and client bookings
- Enrol delegates on the e-learning portal
- Keep all associate trainer (new & existing) details compliant
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- A self-starter, able to manage priorities and deadlines
- An effective and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Computer literate, able to learn and implement new systems efficiently
